Electrocardiogram-guided Technique: An Alternative Method for Confirming Central Venous Catheter Tip Placement

Electrocardiogram (ECG)-guided central venous catheter (CVC) placement is more accurate and safer than the anatomical landmark technique. This ECG method reduces malposition, arrhythmias, and overinsertion complications, offering a time-effective alternative to chest X-ray confirmation.
