Intraocular Pressure Elevation during Lateral Body Posture in Side-sleeping Glaucoma Patients

Side-sleeping open-angle glaucoma (OAG) patients experienced greater intraocular pressure (IOP) increases in progressed eyes when lying on their side. This posture-induced IOP elevation was more pronounced in eyes with glaucoma progression on the dependent side.
