Effectiveness of Slump Stretching on Low Back Pain: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

Slump stretching shows promise for reducing back pain and disability in low back pain (LBP) patients. While evidence for pain reduction is moderate, the evidence for disability improvement is very low, with nonradicular LBP patients potentially benefiting most.
