Correlation between temporomandibular joint temporal component pneumatization and morphology: analysis by cone beam

Temporal bone pneumatization, the presence of air cells in the temporal bone, is common in temporomandibular joints (TMJ). This study found no correlation between pneumatization and TMJ morphology, advising clinicians to consider its prevalence during assessments.
