Determination of the Ionization Time Using Attosecond Photoelectron Interferometry.

We developed a new attosecond interferometer to precisely measure electron tunneling ionization times. This breakthrough advances attosecond metrology by revealing crucial temporal details of electron wave packets during ionization.
