Comb-like PEG-containing polymeric composition as low toxic drug nanocarrier

This study shows that polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based comb-like polymeric nanocarriers (PNCs) exhibit low toxicity in both cancer cell lines and laboratory animals. These findings support PNCs as a safe platform for drug delivery, particularly for cancer treatment.
