Summary

Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) faces challenges like graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and immune suppression. Novel immunotherapies show promise for enhancing antitumor effects and improving outcomes in both autologous and allogeneic BMT.

Background:
