Summary
This case study shows successful immediate dental implant placement and prosthetic loading in the anterior esthetic zone using L-PRF (Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin). The procedure provided excellent esthetic and functional outcomes for a patient with congenitally missing teeth.

- The technique shows promise for improving patient outcomes in cases of congenital tooth absence.
