Noninvasive Mechanical Joint Loading as an Alternative Model for Osteoarthritic Pain

This study developed a new mechanical joint loading model for osteoarthritis (OA) pain in mice. The model effectively replicated OA, and treatments like gabapentin and anti-nerve growth factor (anti-NGF) successfully reduced pain behaviors.
