Micropulse laser trabeculoplasty (MLT) showed a slight, short-term reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP) for patients with uncontrolled open-angle glaucoma (OAG). The treatment resulted in minimal IOP decrease and may not be a suitable long-term option for this patient group.
