Demyelinating lesions behaving like aggressive tumours on advanced MRI techniques

Tumefactive demyelinating lesions can mimic brain tumors on MRI. Atypical high perfusion/permeability findings in these lesions should not rule out demyelination, preventing misdiagnosis.
