Dobutamine Versus Vasopressin After Mesenteric Ischemia

Vasopressin improved gastrointestinal microcirculation after mesenteric ischemia by increasing blood flow and capillary density. Dobutamine, however, worsened microcirculatory dysfunction and increased inflammatory markers.
