Growth failure in focal dermal hypoplasia

Short stature is common in Focal Dermal Hypoplasia (FDH), a rare genetic disorder. This study found severe undernutrition is uncommon, suggesting treatable causes like growth hormone deficiency may exist in some patients.

- Focal dermal hypoplasia (FDH) is a rare genetic disorder linked to PORCN gene mutations on the X chromosome.
