Non-contrast computed tomography (CT) scan and the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Appendicitis (RIPASA) score demonstrated the highest accuracy in diagnosing appendicitis. These methods outperformed the modified Alvarado score and ultrasound in this comparative study.
