Sudden Death and Left Ventricular Involvement in Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy

Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) causes sudden cardiac death (SCD), predominantly in men and athletes, often without prior symptoms. Autopsy reveals frequent left ventricular involvement, suggesting current diagnostic criteria may miss biventricular ACM cases.
