First Report of Colletotrichum nymphaeae Causing Apple Bitter Rot in Southern Brazil

Bitter rot, a common apple disease, was identified as Colletotrichum nymphaeae in Santa Catarina, Brazil. This marks the first report of this fungus causing bitter rot in southern Brazil.
