Recurrent benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) after mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) is linked to secondary utricular dysfunction. Ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential (oVEMP) tests revealed significant differences in recurrent BPPV patients, suggesting a role in pathogenesis.
