This case study details a patient with schizophrenic psychosis and widespread bone overgrowth, including spinal ossification (diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis, DISH) and frontal bone thickening (hyperostosis frontalis interna, HFI). Further investigation into the underlying metabolic causes is warranted.
