Background:

Prostate cancer prevention is gaining interest due to high incidence and slow tumor growth.
Dietary substances are ideal for long-term prostate cancer prevention.
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) from cruciferous plants and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) from green tea are well-studied compounds.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the potential of dietary supplements for prostate cancer prevention.
To assess the safety and efficacy of ProstaDoz, a supplement containing I3C and EGCG.

Main Methods:

Review of existing studies on I3C and EGCG for prostate cancer prevention.
Analysis of the composition and reported effects of the dietary supplement ProstaDoz.
Evaluation of safety profiles, including contraindications, toxicity, and adverse events.

Main Results:

ProstaDoz contains I3C, EGCG, saw palmetto extract, vitamin E, zinc, and selenium.
The supplement demonstrated no significant contraindications or toxic effects.
No adverse events were reported even with prolonged use.

Conclusions:
