Summary

Somatic hybrids between potato (Solanum tuberosum) and Solanum sanctae-rosae exhibit enhanced traits like nematode resistance. Inter-SSR PCR analysis revealed genetic variations, including S. sanctae-rosae specific bands and genomic rearrangements in the hybrids.
