[What would the human rights for the “programmed” human be]?

The evolution of the techniques announces to us that the human will be able both to predict his future, knowing his genetic and neurological data, and to program his future by modification of the body or hybridization with the robot. It is not easy to imagine, from a "law-fiction" perspective, what will become human rights in a post-humanist society that would resemble a caste society and, thus, be the very negation human rights. If the law as we know it still exists, it will undoubtedly change both the subject of human rights and the legal conception of humanity. But this will also give rise to new rights for "post-humans" and for those who have not accepted this programming.
