- The patient experienced improved cervical myelopathy, neurological recovery, and bony union at one-year follow-up.

- Halo-gravity traction combined with anterior-posterior surgery offers a safe and effective treatment for AICK.
- Anterior osteophytes and the C/M ratio may serve as predictive indicators for AICK progression.
