This study shows that adding endonasal infiltrative anesthesia significantly reduces pain during nasal bone fracture reduction and packing. This technique offers effective pain management for patients undergoing nasal fracture treatment.

- Endonasal infiltrative anesthesia is an effective adjunct for reducing pain during nasal bone fracture reduction.
- This technique enhances patient comfort and improves the management of pain associated with nasal fracture treatment.
