Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the epidemiological patterns and identify risk factors for aplastic anemia (AA) in Zhejiang Province, China.

  • Data on socio-demographics, medical history, lifestyle, and environmental exposures were collected via questionnaires.

  • The joint contribution of multiple risk factors significantly elevates the probability of developing AA.
  • These findings highlight the need for comprehensive public health strategies addressing environmental and lifestyle factors to mitigate AA risk.
