Decubitus CT Myelography for Detecting Subtle CSF Leaks in Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension

Spinal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks cause intracranial hypotension. Decubitus positioning during CT myelography improves detection of subtle CSF leaks not found with standard imaging.
