Transoral robotic surgery using the Medrobotic Flex® system: the Adelaide experience

The Medrobotics Flex® system offers a safe and effective single-port option for transoral robotic surgery (TORS) in head and neck procedures. This case series demonstrates its reliability for both benign and malignant conditions, achieving clear tumor margins in most cancer cases.
