A new ABCD-10 score accurately predicts in-hospital mortality for Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN) patients. This model shows similar prognostic accuracy to the existing SCORTEN score, offering improved insights for patient care.
