Simultaneous vs staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty: a propensity-matched case-control study from nine

Simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA) showed higher in-hospital complications and re-operations compared to staged TKA. However, 30-day readmission rates and mortality were similar between the two approaches.
