[Chronoavailability: a theoretical method of studying chronopharmacology]

The optimum time of drug administration or the chronestesy of a biosystem can be theoretically determined by the integration of the function: (drug concentration)-(susceptibility of the biosystem) versus time. This integral called chronoavailability could be useful to design experiments for evaluation of chronopharmacologic effects in man.
