Glypican-3 expression in malignant small round cell tumors

Glypican-3 (GPC3) shows focal expression in pediatric rhabdomyosarcomas, aiding differential diagnosis. GPC3 overexpression may help distinguish rhabdomyosarcomas from Ewing sarcomas and desmoplastic small round cell tumors.
