Diminished ovarian reserve versus ovarian aging: overlaps and differences

Diminished ovarian reserve, a lower egg count, does not necessarily mean lower egg quality. Studies show similar fertility and pregnancy outcomes for women with diminished ovarian reserve compared to those with normal reserves.
