Portojejunostomy in Split Liver Transplantation as a Rescue Technique for Challenging Biliary Reconstruction: A Case

Split liver transplantation (SLT) offers two grafts from one donor. A novel portoenterostomy technique successfully managed complex biliary leaks after adult cadaveric SLT, avoiding retransplantation.
