Longitudinal changes in outer nuclear layer thickness in soft drusen and reticular pseudodrusen

Reticular pseudodrusen are associated with greater outer nuclear layer thinning compared to soft drusen in age-related macular degeneration. This structural difference may explain functional vision abnormalities in patients with reticular pseudodrusen.
