A man presented with a red neck papule that irritated his collar. This firm, bright red growth, noted for one month, required further dermatological evaluation.

- The papule was firm with a bright red color and a slightly indurated flesh-colored base.

- The observed lesion is a distinct, firm, bright red papule.
- The growth was present for approximately one month prior to examination.
- No other symptoms such as malaise, weight loss, or swollen glands were reported.
Implications:
