Abstract:
To work well together as a radiology team, understanding of each other's personality would be useful. Personalities are like jigsaw puzzles and when placed together there can be may rewards to the individual, section, department or company. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can be used to help assess individuals on four different dichotomies. It is important to harness the strength of each individual's personality to achieve optimal teamwork in radiology.
