Challenges of P300 Modulation Using Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS)

This study explored using transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) to modulate P300 event-related potentials (ERPs) by targeting underlying event-related oscillations (EROs). While no significant group differences were found, the novel tACS approach warrants further investigation for understanding P300 generation.
