Association Between Time-in-Therapeutic Tacrolimus Range and Early Rejection After Heart Transplant

Achieving therapeutic tacrolimus levels quickly after heart transplant (HT) is not associated with reduced rejection. This study found no significant link between time to or time within the therapeutic range and acute rejection within 30 days post-HT.
