Management of cervical aortic arch complicated by multiple aneurysms

Extra-anatomic bypass is a safe and effective treatment for rare cervical aortic arch aneurysms unsuitable for endovascular repair. This method avoids circulatory arrest, offering a viable surgical option for complex aortic conditions.
