Inability to Reverse Aspirin and Clopidogrel-induced Platelet Dysfunction with Platelet Infusion

Platelet transfusions did not reverse bleeding caused by aspirin and clopidogrel in trauma patients. Refrigerated platelets were no more effective than room temperature platelets in restoring platelet function.
