Prognostic Laboratory Parameters in Placental Abruption: A Retrospective Case-Control Study

Placental abruption (PA) is associated with elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, suggesting a chronic underlying process. However, CRP does not differentiate between bleeding and non-bleeding PA cases in routine laboratory evaluations.
