Serum Endocannabinoid and Mood Changes after Exercise in Major Depressive Disorder

Moderate intensity exercise significantly increased endocannabinoid levels, improving mood states in women with major depressive disorder (MDD). Preferred intensity exercise did not show similar mood benefits, suggesting exercise intensity is crucial for mood enhancement in MDD.
