Bilateral discoid medial meniscus is a rare condition. Surgical intervention for symptomatic tears shows promising short-term outcomes, while asymptomatic cases may benefit from conservative management.

  • Case 1: A 23-year-old male with a 6-year history of right knee pain and clicking; left knee asymptomatic.
  • Case 2: A 51-year-old female with a 1-month history of bilateral knee pain and instability.
  • Diagnosis in both cases was confirmed as bilateral discoid medial meniscal tears via physical examination and MRI.
