Monoclonal antibody ELISA (MCA ELISA) offers reliable staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) detection in food quality control. While quantitative polyclonal antibody ELISA (PCA ELISA) and qualitative FEY ELISA also showed promise, MCA ELISA provided superior sensitivity and specificity.
