[Quantitative structure-activity relations of the lethal effects of 38 halogenated compounds against Lepomis
Abstract:
Autocorrelation molecular descriptors have been used for the prediction of acute toxicity (96 hrs., LC 50) of 38 halogenated compounds on Lepomis macrochirus (Teleostei-Centrarchidae). A stepwise regression procedure shows that structural and physico-chemical properties govern the ecotoxicological behaviour of these molecules.
