Single versus multifraction radiotherapy for spinal cord compression: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Single fraction radiotherapy (SFRT) is as effective as multifraction radiotherapy (MFRT) for metastatic epidural spinal cord compression (MESCC). This systematic review found no significant differences in motor response, bladder function, or overall survival between SFRT and MFRT.
