  • No intraoperative adverse events, such as hemodynamic instability or respiratory compromise, were observed.
  • All 7 patients were discharged on time, with no 30-day readmissions.
  • Successful outcomes were achieved in all ophthalmic surgeries performed.

  • A standardized clinical workflow is crucial for the safe management of LVAD patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery.
