This study validated the Communication and Symbolic Behavior Scales Developmental Profile - Infant-Toddler Checklist (CSBS-ITC) for assessing social communication in young children with neurogenetic syndromes (NGS). The CSBS-ITC effectively identified skill variations in Angelman, Prader-Willi, and Williams syndromes.
