Eccentric and Concentric Resistance Exercise Comparison for Knee Osteoarthritis

Eccentrically focused resistance exercise (ECC RT) and concentrically focused resistance exercise (CNC RT) both improved knee osteoarthritis (OA) symptoms and leg strength. Both exercise types were well tolerated by participants.
