Chitin microparticles (CMPs) enhance immune responses by boosting Interleukin-10 (IL-10) and Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) production. CMPs support IL-10 and IFN-γ induction independently of Gata3 and Tbx21, respectively, demonstrating unique adjuvant properties.
