Contrast-enhanced voiding ultrasonography (ceVUS) is a viable alternative to fluoroscopic voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) for diagnosing pediatric vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Despite an initial learning curve, ceVUS effectively detects reflux and eliminates radiation exposure.
